Return Process:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
