30-Day Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility:

1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at 9723225413 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different item altogether, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Gift cards

2. Downloadable software products

3. Some health and personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items:

1. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:

1. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
